Saint Clair has taken another important step, for a continuous enhancement in eco-responsible gastronomy.

Since January 2020, our Chefs cook exclusively with free-range eggs.

We have selected an environmentally-friendly farm, situated only 50 km from our production site, that cares a lot about its hens, and shares with us the same values about the quality of the product, and the animal well-being.
