Because the quality of service is essential in restaurants as well as in events, the Pavillon Dauphine and Saint Clair are proud to support the association O 'Service des Talents de demain which works for the maintenance and transmission of the know-how specific to the service professions, and essential to the influence of the French art of hospitality.

Since 2017, the General Assembly of the Association takes place in the garden of the pavilion, after conferences in the morning.
Good spirit and sharing are at the heart of the event, with our young future talents taking care of the service, supported by our senor teams.
