Zero plastic commitment
Since the end of 2019, Saint Clair has made a commitment to go beyond the existing anti-waste regulations in order to preserve our environment and limit the impact on marine biodiversity.
Our zero plastic approach not only bans single-use plastic cups and plates, but also plastic stewardship items that will be banned in 2021, such as cutlery and picks that you can see on your events.
The packaging of our collection of boxes and meal trays are not left out and have also been integrated into this approach.
The Saint Clair specifications thus refer to recyclable, reusable, biodegradable and / or compostable materials such as cardboard, cane fiber, PLA (polylactic acid) resulting from the fermentation of starch, bamboo, wood and glass.
